Wesco Cable Limited was incorporated on 9th July, 2015. A suitable site was chosen for the factory and construction started that same month and finished in December, 2016. Because we are keen on precision and standard, the company was designed by professionals. The factory was built from scratch to finish with precision. Standard machines for cable manufacturing were specifically inspected and imported for the factory. Such machines include the high speed rod breakdown machine, high speed intermediate drawing and annealing machine, 6 different types of coating machines, 8 packaging machines and a twisting/cabling machine.
We intend to secure Government license to mine copper for a start and then, other solid minerals subsequently. Factories will be set up for copper raw material, to convert them to copper cathodes and finally copper rods. These will be sold locally and exported.
